Order Processing

It takes up to 2 weeks for order creation and packaging.

During November and December please allow an extra ½ week processing time due to the busy season. Orders for December 25th delivery need to be placed by December 2nd and use express shipping. All orders received after this date will be taken on a first come first serve basis.

Orders are not processed until payment is received.

Shipping

All products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Priority Mail offers 2-3 day service to most domestic addresses. $4.55 1-2 books to the same address Each additional book add $.50, going to the same address.

USPS Express shipping is a guaranteed overnight to 2 day service. $14.90 1-2 books to the same address Each additional book add $.50, going to the same address.

Although the books are in the care of the shippers once they are mailed we will do all we can to ensure a timely delivery. We will send a shipping confirmation via email and track your shipment using delivery confirmation.

If you are sending a check or money order, please note that orders will not be processed until payment is received.

Your privacy is very important to us, and we are committed to providing a secure environment for your shopping. Any information collected during ordering is never, under any circumstances shared with 3rd parties. Customer information is used to process online purchases only and is kept strictly confidential.

Return Policy

Complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your Invent A Book, please contact us for an exchange or refund. All refunds are issued within 30 days of return receipt of the product. The merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and unused within 30 days of receipt of the purchase. Merchandise that is received damaged may also be returned within 30 days.

Please indicate the reason for return on the packing slip, repackage your merchandise and ship it to the address on the packing slip.

If you have lost your packing slip, please include your order number (it can be located on your confirmation email) on a piece of paper along with your reason for return and mail everything to:
